Jason is a university qualified building practitioner through studies in Property & Construction, and Planning & Design from the University of Melbourne.

Combined with 20 years experience in the property sector from planning and environment through to construction proper specialising in negotiating the wide spread of authorities and regulative regimes applicable to the construction & property sector.

With a background in property development, Jason was at the forefront of the growing facilities management sector in the early 2000s designing and implementing the first facilities management software programs for City of Stonnington & Defence Industries Fishermann’s Bend, PT Melb.

He later managed the construction division of tier-1 contractor, TTI STONE, on a $20 million turnover before returning to the residential and small commercial sector specialising in cost management and contract administration.

Cambell has been involved in all aspects of construction management and execution from supervising domestic building works to running large trade teams on multi-unit residential and complex commercial projects.

After taking a degree in Business Management, Cambell took construction technique and compliance training from Holmesglenn TAFE and obtained professional trade qualifications in carpentry and plasterwork which he applied in over 20 years experience on high-end domestic builds and architect designed projects.

Cambell’s speciality is in the coordination of trade works and he speaks from a practical hands-on knowledge base informed by a best practice model of continuing professional development.

Danielle is the 2B Administration and Accounts Manager.

As a licensed real estate agent with a background in accounting, she has had twenty years experience in property management specialising in residential property, most recently with a National Property Advisory company and previously the Hocking Stuart Group overseeing 12 direct staff and over 1300 residential properties.

Danielle assists all 2B clients with their real estate needs – whether they be Vendors, Purchasers or Investors. She undertakes property market reporting for 2B Building Group to ensure we can complete comprehensive feasibility analysis for our development clients.
